Pax Lesperance (Inside Sales Rep)

Pax is brand new to our organization – she join us on January 2nd of this year. Pax comes to us with customer service experience and has become very well versed in the needs of her customers, and quite quickly as well. The difference between Pax and the other reps is that Pax works wholly as an inside sales reps and is building her relations via telephone.

Q: How long have you been in sales and what has your journey been like?
A: I’ve been in sales for about half a year now, and it’s been lovely. I couldn’t ask for a better team to support and teach me while I find my groove on this journey.

Q: What is one thing most people don’t know about you?
A: Most people don’t know that I used to be on a bowling team. It’s how I learned that I’m terrible at bowling.

Q: What do you believe makes you successful in your role?
A: My willingness to throw myself headfirst into new challenges in order to learn from them.

Q: What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
A: Outside of work, I spend a lot of time baking, painting, or going for long drives with the windows down and the music blasting. I do also like the occasional nap.  

Q: What’s your favorite book or movie, and why?
A: My go-to read is Much Ado About Nothing. It’s absolutely ridiculous and I adore it
