This photo was taken during the first lockdown (on 17. March 2020) in Munich, Germany due to the corona pandemic. I was seeing empty shelves in the supermarket, where once the toilet paper was piled up. The "German Angst" was symbolized by the hoarding of toilet paper. So when the toilet paper roll was finished I thought it would be uplifting/humorous to write "don't panic on the empty toilet roll". My title for it is "German Panic". This photo is my most successful photo in views and was featured in the Unsplash "COVID-19" compilation. Photo by Jas Min on Unsplash

Emergency Toilet Paper Rations Now Required in All Workplaces!

Breaking News: New Workplace Toilet Paper Regulations Are Here!

Effective April 1st, all Canadian businesses must implement a Toilet Paper Emergency Preparedness Plan (TPEPP) to prevent workplace chaos caused by unexpected shortages.

Why? Studies* show that 80% of workplace disputes begin in the restroom over the last roll of toilet paper. In response, authorities* are enforcing new safety measures, including:

  • 🚽 Mandatory toilet paper inventory tracking (because running out = workplace emergency).
  • 📊 Daily TP usage reports (to optimize supply chain efficiency).
  • 🚨 Emergency backup rolls stored in fireproof safes (just in case).
  • 🧻 Employees must carry personal “TP Travel Packs” for unexpected situations.

At merchants.ca, we take this issue seriously. That’s why we’re offering:

  • Bulk toilet paper supply solutions (because one roll is never enough).
  • Industrial-strength dispensers (built for high-traffic restrooms).
  • Janitorial products to keep restrooms fresh and fully stocked.

Don't get caught unprepared—shop now and save your workplace from TP turmoil!

📌 APRIL FOOL'S! But, seriously, a well-stocked restroom is no joke. Make sure your business is prepared with quality janitorial supplies from merchants.ca.
